What is Booqito?

A tool for leisure operators: bookings, payments, vouchers and basic marketing in one admin. No heavy setup — you set the rules and customers self-serve online and on-site.

Why do operators use it?

Fewer calls and spreadsheets, fewer mistakes at the till. Bookings, payments and documents stay in sync; you see everything in the calendar and spend time on the business, not paperwork. Booqito was built with real operators.

How does a customer book?

You set capacity and rules — the customer picks a slot and can pay online. The system sends confirmation and reminders and updates the calendar; you only handle real exceptions.

How do payments work in Booqito?

Customers can pay online via our payment gateway or on-site using a QR code or cash. All payments are automatically matched with invoices. We also accept benefit cards without lengthy paperwork or contracts. In the admin, you simply choose which payment methods you want to use.

How do I add Booqito to my website?

Just add a widget or link to your website. It works with any website and on mobile, and even a complete beginner can do it. If needed, we are happy to help you.

Can I try Booqito first?

Of course! We will send you demo access so you can try everything yourself. We will show you how it works.

How do gift vouchers and external portal vouchers work?

The customer buys a gift voucher and pays online; the voucher is sent immediately by email. You can upload your own design and extend the voucher if needed. Booqito can also accept vouchers from external portals (e.g. Slevomat): the customer enters the voucher during checkout and you see it in the admin.

What can notifications and sub-accounts do?

Customers automatically receive confirmations, reminders, and changes via email or SMS. You and your employees can have sub-accounts and stay informed thanks to notifications.

Do I need to check in customers on-site?

If you have bookings for a specific time, it's not necessary – no one else will come at the same time. But if you have continuous operation (e.g. a museum), it's better to check the ticket upon arrival to prevent misuse. Tickets can be checked using a QR code with a mobile camera or easily in the admin.

How does invoicing work?

We send invoices by email once a month. You can also download them anytime in PDF, CSV, or XLS directly in the admin.

When does Booqito send me money?

You don't have to wait for your money. At the latest, 8 days after the activity is provided, we send it to you.

How can Booqito help me with marketing?

You can send newsletters, discount codes, and collect reviews that are updated on the website. You can also work with last-minute offers.

Can I switch to Booqito from another system?

Yes, the transition is easy and we will help you with everything. We will transfer your data and set everything up.

Does Booqito have anything for shift planning?

Yes, you can assign staff to each booking and see in the calendar who worked when. It's an ideal tool for a clear shift schedule and for checking reviews by staff.
