🎁 Gift vouchers – price display
✅ New setting: Don’t show price on activity vouchers
In the administration (Settings → Gift vouchers), you can now set that the amount
will not be displayed on any activity voucher.
This setting overrides customer choices when purchasing and also affects already generated vouchers (can be turned on/off at any time).
✅ One-time download of voucher without price
A “Download voucher without price” option has been added to the voucher menu, which always downloads the voucher without the stated amount – without the need to change the operator’s global settings.
✅ Expanded actions in order detail
For better convenience and system consistency, it is now possible to:
- download vouchers,
- redeem vouchers,
- download vouchers without price
directly from the order detail.
✅ Edit dedication on voucher
A Dedication field has been added to the Edit voucher dialog. The operator can thus correct a typo or add text according to the customer’s wishes – even for vouchers created directly from the administration.
✅ Fix for voucher-product link
Fixed a bug that could cause the loss of the link between an activity voucher and a specific product. The link was retroactively added for historical cases.
✅ Limit on voucher note length
Fixed a bug where a long note was cut off without warning. The maximum length is now 255 characters and the system will not allow longer text.
🎁 Option to split gift vouchers when purchasing
You can now choose to split multiple vouchers into separate vouchers when purchasing, but only in cases where splitting makes sense and doesn’t change the price; we’ve also improved cart behavior when making adjustments.
✅ Dynamic behavior in widget
The split option automatically shows or hides based on the number of selected items and ticket type. The checkbox description adapts (e.g., “I want a separate voucher for each activity / person”).
✅ Improved cart workflow
When removing a voucher from the cart, there is no longer an unwanted return to the home screen – if the cart is not empty, the customer stays in it.
✅ Smart and safe voucher split verification
The split option will only appear if:
- there is more than 1 item in the cart
- the billing type is product or person (not groups)
- splitting doesn't change the final price (e.g., due to quantity discounts)
This prevents confusion and pricing errors.
🎁 More on gift vouchers
✅ New option for in-store pickup of gift vouchers
An In-store pickup option has been added to gift voucher settings. The operator can set a pickup location by selecting from existing branches or entering their own address. The price for in-store pickup defaults to 0 CZK and is displayed as clearly as other delivery methods.
✅ Discount code – clearer discount restriction selection
We’ve added a clearer selection of discount restrictions (e.g., vouchers only).
✅ Text “Gift voucher or discount code (optional)”
We’ve added the text “Gift voucher or discount code (optional)” for a clearer purchasing process.
✅ Better orientation between order and vouchers
The following columns have been added to the Gift vouchers tab:
- Order
- Delivery method
- Type of purchased activity (Product)
✅ Gift voucher export – more order details
The gift voucher export now shows complete information about the entire order including client details.
✉️ Overview of sent emails and SMS for orders
✅ New log of emails and SMS directly in order detail
An overview of sent communications (emails and SMS) has been added to the order detail, always filtered only for the specific order.
This makes it quick to verify whether and when the confirmation email or SMS was actually sent (e.g., when dealing with spam or incorrect email).
✅ Simplified internal work: no need to search for emails and SMS in central logs – all communication is now available directly in the order.

👥 Staff
✅ Order export – new “Service” column
A Service column has been added to the order export (the Reservations tab) for easier overview and, for example, employee wage calculation.
🛠️ Minor adjustments
✅ Fixed order statuses: UNPAID
We’ve split the original UNPAID status into two new statuses:
- Cancelled reservation due to non-payment
- Valid reservation waiting for payment
✅ Clearer text for terms that cannot yet be ordered
In the reservation calendar, terms that cannot yet be ordered now display the text:
RESERVATION IS POSSIBLE MAX. X DAYS IN ADVANCE.
✅ More convenient calendar control in administration on mobile
We’ve improved administration controls on mobile, so working with the calendar is faster even on the go.
