👋 Usability first

We’ve improved Booqito again — this time mainly for easier and faster use. We focused on making the platform easier to work with from mobile and ensuring everything important is clear within a few clicks.

Let’s take a look at what’s new:

📱 Smarter Booqito controls – faster, clearer, more convenient

Updates that save you time when managing bookings — especially if you use Booqito from mobile. We improved the interface, calendar and small details that ultimately make daily work significantly better.

✅ What’s improved:

  • Faster click-through to order details — in the Dashboard and Orders section you can now click anywhere in the row to go directly to the reservation detail. No more hunting tiny buttons :)

  • New 3-day calendar view — ideal for a quick overview of the days ahead. Works even on smaller screens.

  • Calendar works better on mobile — filter by branches, activities or staff.

  • Calendar remembers your settings — you won’t lose your filters or view after a login session.

  • Better onboarding for additional users — when you add sub-accounts, staff and temps now get a clearer sign-up experience, even on mobile.

Want all key data at hand? We improved the new order notification email so it includes everything you need — without logging in.

✅ What’s newly in the email:

  • Customer’s first name, last name, phone and email
  • Ticket variants or selected package type
  • All additional notes from the client
  • And bonus: direct link to the specific reservation, not just a generic list

💡 Result: Fewer clicks, faster response, better overview.

🔧 Minor fixes you’ll appreciate

🎯 Display of orders from SkvěléČesko fixed:

Users also cooperating with SkvěléČesko will no longer see invalid and unpaid reservations in the calendar — everything is now clean and clear.

📞 Entering foreign phone numbers:

Customers from other countries can now enter their number without issues — the system now properly accepts various prefixes and formats.
