Booqito Update: New features for calendar, groups and bulk orders (Apr 9, 2025)

Greetings from Booqito! We’re sending you the latest product update. We believe the new features will please you:

📅 Reservation calendar

In the My company section, you’ll now find an editor for creating a reservation calendar, currently available for setting up group activities. We’ll be adding more categories and settings soon :)

If you want to adjust times and prices yourself, you can set them through the wizard in Ticket settings and check functionality in the Draft calendar tab. We’ll be happy to help you of course :)

🛒 Ordering multiple activities and time slots at once

Customers now have the option to order multiple activities and time slots in one order. The customer can return from the cart to purchase and add more activities or time slots. When returning, the widget automatically displays a shopping cart icon and marks already selected time slots.

💳 List of payment methods used by customer

In the Orders section and in the order detail, the list of order payment methods now also shows exactly all types of benefits, types of vouchers and external vouchers and their possible combinations. Here’s a complete list of payment methods with legend:

🔧 Other UX adjustments and bug fixes

Function fixes:

• Fixed activity variant or ticket variant selection when entering manual reservation
• For group activities, the minimum number for the group is now set by default in the widget during reservation
• Fixed on-site payment functionality via QR code

UX improvements:

• Adjusted more suitable email text and flow when processing tickets with gift voucher or external voucher payment
• In the Documents and invoices section, you can now search documents in fulltext and by customer’s first and last name
• Uploaded video tutorials for Booqito operation to Dashboard

Rights management:

• Adjusted rights for Branch manager sub-account - now sees only Orders, Calendar, Reviews, Clients, Gift vouchers sections and in Dashboard only upcoming reservations
• Fixed error displaying commission invoices
